Job Summary

Senior Data Engineer (Domain: BFSI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic consultation on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Analyze and resolve multi-faceted engineering challenges involving novel or unprecedented factors.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and data engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to long-term planning and architecture decisions for data platforms.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Minimum of 8 years of hands on experience with following technical Skills is required:

• Programming & Scripting:

  Python, Unix Shell Scripting

• Big Data & Processing:

  PySpark, Apache Spark

• Cloud Platforms:

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and building large-scale data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles.
• Experience working in both batch and real-time data processing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
