Senior Data Architect

As a Senior Data Architect specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), your role will involve engaging with clients, demonstrating thought leadership, and developing insightful content for diverse audiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding customers" data platform, business priorities, and IT goals to design data solutions that drive business value. - Architecting, developing, and implementing robust, scalable, and secure end-to-end data engineering, integration, and warehousing solutions on the GCP platform. - Ensuring high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability in the solutions you build. - Guiding technical teams on best practices for cloud adoption, migration, and application modernization. - Collaborating with business leaders, developers, and operations teams to align technological solutions with business objectives. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in GCP services and tools to implement innovative solutions for data processing and analytics efficiency. - Creating comprehensive blueprints, architectural diagrams, technical collaterals, and implementation plans for GCP-based solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in architecture roles, with at least 3-5 years working with GCP. - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in GCP data warehousing & engineering services, containerization, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code tools, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data warehousing concepts. - Programming skills in languages such as PySpark, Python, Java, or Scala. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities. Preferred skills for this role include certifications from GCP, experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Retail domains, familiarity with data governance principles, data privacy, security, and data visualization tools. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business value and ensure the long-term technical viability and optimization of cloud deployments on the GCP platform.,
