Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets. Should have the ability to build database models from scratch, ability to define logics to help make business process improvements. As part of the Finance team, they will be driving key projects for process optimization and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create database models from scratch, optimizing for efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Manage and maintain databases, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization.

Requirements:

Strong Experience of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Python).
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
