Job Description

 
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to ORANTS AI clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues, escalating to engineering teams when necessary.
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to maximize their success with our platforms.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer support role for a B2B software or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of web applications, APIs, and data-related concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests effectively.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
