As a luxury jewelry e-commerce company, Angara E-Commerce Private Limited is a subsidiary of Angara Inc., headquartered in Los Angeles, California. We have established ourselves as a global leader in handcrafted colored gemstone and diamond jewelry, shipping our luxury products to over 65 countries worldwide. In India, our offices are located in Jaipur and Noida. Your role at Angara will involve the following key responsibilities: - Be customer-obsessed and build trust through your conversations with clients - Champion opportunities to consistently enhance the Angara experience - Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction - Offer product options, alternatives, and customizations to achieve sales goals - Build customer loyalty for all present and future purchases - Act as the voice of the customer and propose solutions to enhance our overall experience - Test new strategies and drive customer value - Collaborate with support teams to address customer queries effectively - Innovate on behalf of the customer to enhance our products and services Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of overall customer support and sales experience with expertise in written and spoken English - 5+ years of experience in retail and online jewelry brands, luxury/auto brands, and international banking/financial services for High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) - Exceptionally strong customer handling and problem resolution skills with a focus on quality and customer experience - Ability to work both independently and as a team, demonstrating self-motivation and flexibility in approaching responsibilities and adapting to change - Goal-driven, target-oriented individual capable of objectively analyzing customer issues and initiating solutions to enhance experiences and processes - Professional demeanor with a collaborative approach towards all internal teams and colleagues - Any jewelry education or certification will be considered a plus for this role Join Angara and be part of a globally recognized brand committed to excellence in service and innovation in the luxury jewelry industry.
