Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in Inbound Voice Process (IVR), Inbound Customer Service, Inbound Calls, Outbound Calling, Telecalling, Outbound Process, Customer Handling, Handling Customer Queries. Fluent English language skills with good communication abilities.
