Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Success Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring product adoption, and maximizing customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new clients, providing continuous support, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. The role also involves understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving overall customer success strategies.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Back-End Web Development, and Software Development
• Experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in Databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience working in a client-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
