Job Summary:

Senior CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016/365/Power Platform).
Develop plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript extensions, and CRM configurations.
Integrate CRM with external systems via Web API, REST, and SOAP services.
Work with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET/.NET Core).
Manage data, reporting, and ETL using SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
Develop and maintain apps using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Leverage Azure services for application hosting, integration, and deployment.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM applications and services.
Participate in CI/CD processes (DevOps experience is a plus).
Support cloud deployments (Azure/AWS preferred).

Requirements:

8–10 years of relevant experience in CRM development and implementation.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and capabilities.
Proficient in .NET development and CRM SDKs.
Experience with Power Platform and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
