Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and knowledge of CRM. Manage and maintain CRM platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. Stay up to date with the latest CRM technologies and trends, recommending upgrades as needed. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation. Responsibilities: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and related technologies. In-depth knowledge of CRM architecture, data models, and integration methods. Expertise in database management, including SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
