You will collaborate closely with Business Directors and Strategy Leads to push creative boundaries, foster unique ideas, and set clients apart in the competitive marketplace. Leading the ideation and execution process alongside Copy Heads and Art Directors, you will craft compelling concepts that align with brand and business objectives, aiming for award-winning results. In terms of leadership and client engagement, you will excel at presenting creative ideas and solutions, nurturing strong relationships, and consistently exceeding client expectations. Your role will involve mentoring and inspiring high-performing creative teams, fostering a culture of excellence through reviews, goal-setting, and professional development initiatives. Additionally, you will refine briefing, review, and collaboration processes in partnership with project managers to ensure a seamless workflow and maintain high output quality. Remaining abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices will be crucial, as you contribute thought leadership and encourage creative experimentation within the team. Your extensive experience of over 15 years in creative roles, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and high client satisfaction, will be instrumental in this role. Furthermore, having spent over 7 years in a senior position within a digital agency, leading teams and delivering award-winning work, will equip you with the necessary expertise to excel. Your ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams, encompassing Creative, Content, Media, and Production teams, to develop impactful marketing solutions will be a key asset. Strong interpersonal skills will enable you to articulate and sell creative concepts persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
