About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design at the agency, setting the visual tone across campaigns, experiences, and brand worlds.
• Partner with strategy and copy teams to take ideas from concept to execution.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a talented design team, raising the bar for craft and creativity.
• Translate ideas into impactful design systems across digital, identity, motion, print, and spatial design.
• Challenge safe thinking while balancing bold ideas with clarity and practicality.
• Collaborate directly with clients to bring cultural relevance to brands.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in advertising, design studios, or creative agencies.
• 3–4 years of proven team leadership experience.
• A strong, award-winning portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, experiences, and content.
• Deep understanding of design across digital, motion, and real-world environments.
• Strong leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Excited to shape the design DNA of a new-age creative agency.
