Senior Creative Director

As a Senior Creative Director at DNA Digital, a Digital Marketing Agency located in Noida, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision across multiple brands and industries. Your role will involve conceptualizing and designing various digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with different teams to align designs with campaign goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creative direction for multiple brands across varied domains and demographics. - Conceptualize and design Meta ads, social media creatives, campaign graphics, website visuals, and other digital assets. - Create and oversee design deliverables including brochures, flyers, pitch decks, PPTs, and brand guidelines. - Utilize Photoshop and AI-based design tools to enhance creative processes and output quality. - Collaborate with content, strategy, and performance marketing teams to ensure designs meet campaign objectives. - Review, refine, and mentor junior designers to maintain high-standard creative delivery. - Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms. - Guarantee originality and copyright safety of all designs by monitoring unauthorized asset usage. - Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing creative practices. Requirements: - 8-10 years of experience as a Creative Director / Senior Designer in a digital-first environment. - Proficiency in Photoshop and other Adobe Suite tools. - Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI, Gen AI tools, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing digital brand work across various industries. - Ability to translate briefs into impactful creative concepts. - Familiarity with digital marketing formats like reels, static creatives, carousels, ads, banners, thumbnails, etc. - Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills. - Capability to manage multiple brands and meet fast-paced project timelines.
