Key Responsibilities:

-Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for branding, campaigns, social media, print ads, and digital assets.

-Translate brand objectives into clear, visually powerful design solutions.

-Collaborate with the creative and accounts team to brainstorm ideas and present design strategies.

-Develop layouts for brochures, logos, packaging, outdoor media, and digital ads.

-Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

-Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-5 to 7 years of experience in a creative/design role with Leadership experience of at least 3 years,

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or After Effects is a plus).

-Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various formats and industries.

-Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition.

-Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

-Good communication and presentation skills.
