Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Counseling

Convert leads into admissions through calls, emails, and regular follow-ups.

Conduct personalized in-person and virtual counseling sessions for prospective students.

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and conversion data.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate HRs for tie-ups and bulk admissions.

Reach out to admission channel partners, tie up with them for student enrollments, and build long-term, mutually

beneficial relationships.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission targets.

Represent the program at external events, education fairs, and corporate meetings as required.

Academic Coordination

Prepare and maintain the academic calendar for lectures, workshops, and exams.

Schedule weekend lectures (alternate Saturdays and all Sundays) and coordinate with faculty accordingly.

Communicate and align with faculty regarding availability, content delivery, and session planning.

Track and process faculty remuneration in coordination with the accounts team.

Assist in smooth execution of exams including scheduling, invigilation arrangements, and result compilation.

Maintain comprehensive academic records for each student including attendance, assignment submissions, and

evaluation reports.

Act as a liaison between students and faculty for academic queries and support.
