Role Overview: As a senior overseas counselor at Riya Study Abroad located in Andheri, Mumbai, your main responsibilities will involve advising students on universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships. You will also assist students with their applications, guide them through the visa process for key countries, and promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company. Additionally, you will liaise with universities, represent the company at fairs and events, set up follow-up mechanisms with students and universities abroad, and manage internal support teams to ensure a high-quality student experience. Your role will require you to be multilingual, have expertise in study abroad, experience in the student visa application process, proficiency in MS Office, CRM, analytics, and metrics, good communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents, and be organized, structured, reliable, and deadline-oriented. Key Responsibilities: - Advise students on universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships - Assist students with applications and guide them through the visa process for key countries - Promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company - Liaise with universities and university officers - Represent the company at fairs and events - Set up follow-up mechanisms with students and universities abroad - Manage internal support teams to ensure a high-quality student experience - Develop files on entry requirements, fee lists, and contacts at destination client institutions Qualifications Required: - Must be multilingual - Experience in study abroad expertise - Experience working on the student visa application process - Proficient in MS Office, CRM, analytics, and metrics - Good communication skills to converse well with students and parents - Organized, structured, reliable, and good at meeting deadlines - Willing to go the extra mile to assist students - Proficient in Microsoft Word and preferably Excel - Knowledgeable in using the internet for researching information about Universities, courses, etc. - Strong writing skills to communicate effectively with universities and students Note: If interested, kindly share your CV on sneha.hule@riya.travel Role Overview: As a senior overseas counselor at Riya Study Abroad located in Andheri, Mumbai, your main responsibilities will involve advising students on universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships.
