Senior Content Writer

1. Content Development

Create engaging, accurate, and original content for websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Develop academic, promotional, and editorial content aligned with the university’s tone and communication strategy.

Write press releases, speeches, scripts, and official communication for events, conferences, and campaigns.

2. Website & SEO Content

Regularly update website content and landing pages in coordination with the IT and SEO teams.

Ensure SEO best practices in all web content (use of keywords, meta tags, readability, etc.).

Maintain a content calendar and refresh outdated or underperforming content.

3. Social Media & Digital Campaigns

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop captions, post descriptions, and campaigns.

Align written content with current trends and university messaging to drive engagement and conversions.

4. Editorial Coordination

Proofread, edit, and format content submitted by other departments or stakeholders.

Ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and tone in all written material.

Assist in preparing the university magazine, reports, handbooks, and newsletters.

5. Brand Communication & Messaging

Uphold brand voice, tone, and guidelines across all written materials.

Draft internal communication, HR announcements, and leadership messages as needed.

Support admission and marketing teams with campaign slogans, ad content, and brochures.

6. Research & Benchmarking

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and higher education writing norms.

Suggest innovative content strategies to enhance audience engagement and institutional visibility.

Pay: ₹15,232.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
