Senior Content Writer

Experience: 4+ years in professional content writing, with a focus on ITES or BPM services.

Location: Mohali/Pune

What you'll do

• Create compelling, well-researched, and audience-focused content for whitepapers, e-Books, Blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
• Initiate and plan content from conducting research, gathering information and developing content briefs with stakeholders to interviewing stakeholders and reviewing drafts with stakeholders to approve optimized content including prototypes of content in Figma.
• Support and mentor more junior colleagues as they hone their content writing skills, juggle multiple projects and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts, into clear, engaging narratives targeting North America, the UK, and Australia markets.
• Drive content strategies aligned with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
• Responsible for driving Performance Marketing Metrices
• Stay updated on BPM industry trends and emerging technologies to develop fresh, relevant, and engaging content.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to our brand voice.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of high-quality content showcasing your expertise in one or more of our core service areas.

• Ability to write/tailor content accordingly
• Knowledge of web publishing, SEO/SEM, content marketing strategies – mobile optimized, traffic, conversions and engagement
• Proficiency in tools like WordPress to publish and optimize content for web use will be preferred.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Proficiency in Legal Process BPM, Insurance BPM, and/or Finance and Accounts BPM, with a strong grasp of technology topics like AI, Analytics, and Machine Learning in the related fields.
• Research mindset: Ability to conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to produce original content.
• Tools & Platform Usage: Google Analytics, Figma, Pardot etc.
• Portfolio: A robust body of work demonstrating creativity, depth, and versatility in content creation.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
• Creativity and Curiosity: A flair for storytelling and a drive to explore new ideas and trends.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is a must.
• Exceptional command of the English language with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
