Power BI Developer

Role Overview: You should have 3-5 years of experience working as a Power BI Developer or in a similar data analytics role. The role is based in Mohali/Pune. As a Power BI Developer, you will develop and design Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI using Power Query, Python, and SQL. Your role will involve optimizing the performance of Power BI reports to ensure efficiency in data processing and visualization. You will create and maintain data models with relationships, calculated columns, and measures using DAX. Additionally, you will utilize Python for data pre-processing, automation, and integration with Power BI. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also implement row-level security (RLS) and other security measures within Power BI reports. Integration of Power BI with other tools like Azure, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Python-based scripts may be required, so staying updated with the latest Power BI and Python features is essential for enhancing reporting capabilities.
