We are expanding our international client base and looking for a strategist who can own the content function end-to-end.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist to lead Matsio’s (and our client's) content direction across web, social, and marketing channels. This role is central to shaping our brand voice, ensuring consistency, and creating content systems that drive both inbound demand and long-term authority in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall content strategy aligned with Matsio’s business goals.
• Develop editorial calendars for web, social media, and client-facing campaigns.
• Lead content planning for website copy, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership assets.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure content is integrated with campaigns and product launches.
• Optimize all content for SEO and conversion, with clear KPIs for performance measurement.
• Establish and enforce content guidelines and brand voice consistency across platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs to refine messaging.
• Mentor junior writers and manage freelancers/agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in B2B or digital agency environments.
• Proven track record of building content engines that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and content performance metrics.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience working with designers, developers, and marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
