Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage

2. Lead a team of writers/editors to publish high-quality, timely

3. Drive SEO-first practices: Keyword research, On-page optimization, Structuring content.
4. Maintain

   content governance

   : accuracy, fact verification, and compliance with authorities like

   NTA, UGC, AICTE, NCERT, State Councils

5. Develop and execute

   content calendar

   around admission cycles & exam timelines.
6. Plan periodic

   content refresh

   and fix performance gaps using analytics.
7. Collaborate with

   design, SEO, product and

   teams to enhance user pathways.
8. Ensure proper

   interlinking

   , schema usage, and content formatting for rankings.
9. Manage and optimize CTAs and conversion-driven content modules to boost

   lead generation

10. Provide

    weekly dashboards

    on traffic, rankings, engagement & conversions.

   Higher Education, Exams, Admissions & Career content

2. Expertise in SEO tools — GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, ScreamingFrog
3. CMS handling experience with large-scale content operations
4. Excellent research, editing & proofreading skills
5. Strong stakeholder and team management ability
6. Data-first mindset → ability to extract insights & act quickly
7. Comfort working in

   fast-paced academic cycles

Preferred Background

1. EdTech platform experience (e.g. Shiksha, Collegedunia, Careers360, Aglasem)
2. Managed structured content across thousands of content pages
3. Experience in growing a website’s organic footprint at scale
