Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct GIS mapping and spatial data analysis to support planning, development, and optimization of logistics infrastructure.
Utilize spatial tools and GIS software to collect, interpret, and visualize geographic and logistics-related data.
Coordinate with logistics stakeholders including ICDs, warehouses, transport operators, and logistics parks for data accuracy and operational insights.
Develop and maintain GIS databases to support decision-making for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and maps to communicate spatial analysis results to management and project teams.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B.Tech (IT/Computers/ Electronics/ Communication/Civil)/B.Plan/B.Arch (GIS expert) with minimum 60% marks and M.Plan/M.Arch./MBA/PGDM with minimum 60% marks having a minimum of 6 years of total experience in:

a. 3+ years of experience in GIS mapping & using Spatial tools

b. Logistics viz. ICD, Warehouses, Transport Management, Logistics Parks etc.

c. 3+ years of experience in working with a Large scale unit in the above areas having investment of more than Rs. 100 crore
