About the Company

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled ENT Consultant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of post-MS experience in Otorhinolaryngology and demonstrate expertise across the spectrum of ENT disorders. This role involves delivering advanced clinical care, performing surgeries, guiding junior medical staff, and contributing to the development of the ENT department.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled ENT Consultant to join our medical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in ENT.
• Perform advanced ENT procedures and surgeries including:
• Microscopic and endoscopic ear surgeries
• Endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)
• Head and neck surgeries
• Micro-laryngeal surgeries and voice procedures
• Tracheostomy and airway management
• Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other allied professionals.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants, residents, and support staff.
• Participate in departmental audits, academic sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with medical ethics and hospital standards.

Qualifications

• MS in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology from a recognized institution.
• At least 15 years of independent clinical and surgical experience post-MS.
• Proficiency in advanced ENT surgical techniques.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Required Skills

• Experience in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting.
• Exposure to head and neck oncology or advanced skull base procedures (if applicable).
• Participation in clinical research, publications, or ENT associations.
