Senior Consultant

As a Senior Executive Search Consultant at the company, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end search process, executing critical mandates, and assessing final candidates for career development while ensuring client expectations are met. Your role will involve partnering successfully with clients for hiring at C-Suite and strategic levels to assist them in achieving their business objectives. Your duties will include being part of the internal strategy discussion team to develop plans and strategies for project execution and team building initiatives. You will work directly with project owners on various consulting services for Athena, such as compensation benchmarking, due diligence, and project hiring. In this position, you will spearhead the entire project life cycle of executing CXO search. This involves designing role specifications, creating search strategies, mapping client inputs on recommended core competencies, identifying top talent in the marketplace, profiling and shortlisting candidates, and making final selections. You will be expected to deliver high-quality work by providing detailed assessment reports that meet the organization's standards and client's expectations. Furthermore, you will engage in discussing and negotiating compensation packages with shortlisted candidates, as well as leading, mentoring, and training the team to ensure adherence to systems and processes. Your role will also involve managing conflicts in a respectful and optimistic manner to foster growth and learning within the organization. Additionally, you will lead original research initiatives and explore innovative approaches for executive search projects. You will also be responsible for managing key relationships with global multinational organizations, leading business houses in India, and start-ups. Your involvement in organization development initiatives such as search process re-engineering, internal quality team management, and internal hiring will be crucial to the company's success.,
