Research Associate

As a Research Associate at our firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in the execution of CXO mandates through primary and secondary research. Your responsibilities will include conducting research on companies, industries/sectors, and potential candidates, contributing to the creation of effective search strategies to attract top leaders, and collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates. You will be involved in all stages of the executive search process, from market research and analysis to candidate identification, conducting interviews as needed, and participating in client status calls and meetings alongside managers. Your role will also entail exploring new methods to identify high-potential talent within the market, staying updated on industry trends, business insights, and competitive intelligence. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and implement innovative practices within the organization, ensuring consistency in processes and quality standards. Your support will extend to assisting in Business Development efforts and contributing to knowledge creation initiatives to drive the firm's growth and success.,
