Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Client Relationship Manager to build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong listening and observation abilities, and a commitment to growing with the organisation over the long term.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure consistent, high-quality communication.
• Understand client requirements through active listening and careful observation, and communicate these needs internally.
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients by providing timely support and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and commitments.
• Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and status updates.
• Identify potential issues early and proactively work towards resolution.
• Support client retention initiatives and contribute to long-term business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to understand client expectations and manage relationships professionally.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (preferred).

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in client relationship management, customer support, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
