Job Purpose:

To maximize sales of holiday memberships by identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and closing profitable deals. The role involves promoting Holidays’ vacation ownership plans and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through various channels and generate new business opportunities.

Conduct effective sales presentations and close deals to achieve monthly membership targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by handling queries, objections, and cancellations professionally.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.

Keep updated with all product information, company policies, and promotional offers.

Coordinate with pre-sales and member relations teams for smooth onboarding of members.

Explore new markets and develop strategies to attract prospective clients.

Skills & Requirements:

2–4 years of sales experience in Insurance, Banking, or Travel industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a result-oriented environment.

Good understanding of the local market and local language.

Willingness to work in a field sales role and meet customers regularly.

Energetic, self-motivated, and confident personality.
