Business Manager

Blackbull Chamber of Investment is seeking a disciplined, client-focused Business Manager to professionally manage clients, understand their requirements, and ensure accurate coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role demands strong communication, representation, and client-handling capabilities with a high level of responsibility and confidentiality.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Clearly understand, document, and communicate client requirements to relevant internal teams.
• Represent Blackbull Chamber of Investment in client meetings, discussions, and official communications.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, requirement closures, and service delivery coordination.
• Maintain professional records, reports, and client communication logs.
• Handle client concerns with clarity, accuracy, and structured solutions.
• Support business development and retention through professional client management.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business management, client management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong representation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in legal, investment, financial, or professional services environments.
• Professional demeanor with structured thinking and decision-making ability.
