Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for a Senior Client Relationship Manager. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, addressing client queries and concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products. The role involves regular interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and working closely with internal teams to facilitate the delivery of personalized solutions. The position also includes managing client portfolios, preparing reports, and providing insights to enhance client engagement and retention.

• Experience in cross-selling, up-selling, and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
