Job Summary

• WE are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer - Civil for one of our Clients, with at least eight years of experience in analysis and design of heavy industrial structures, seismic and stress analysis of pressure vessels and rotating equipment. Also experienced in design of steel structures or modular structures & onsite experience. Should have extensive knowledge of civil-structural design codes and standards (IS, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and ASME), structural engineering software such as STAAD-Pro, ETABS, Tekla Structures, IDEA Statica, and SAFE. Experience in dynamic analysis using response spectrum and time history analysis methods. Should have knowledge of high seismic zone design and detailing for steel and concrete structures, also ability to interface and review drawings from other engineering disciplines.
  

• As a Senior Engineer - Civil, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting Team Lead in planning, analysis and design of a project, proposal preparation, and project presentation.
• Maintaining records of all design drawings, documents, and calculations.
• Contributing to internal design team meetings; share experiences and design suggestions.
• Responding to site RFIs and design queries during construction.
• Interacting with other disciplines, overseas team members, clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Preparing civil and structural design calculations for foundations and other structures.
• Carrying out preliminary sizing and layout of structures.
• Preparing GA drawings, Reinforcement Detailing, and Sectional drawings.
• Ensuring incorporation of MEP and utility inputs into civil design packages.
• Coordinating with survey team for layout planning.
