Roles and Responsibilities Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee site supervision, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth progress. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop detailed project reports on time schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred. Strong understanding of civil project management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
