Role Description Manage on-site activities: Supervise and coordinate the daily work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Resolve issues: Identify and provide solutions for any on-site technical difficulties or unexpected problems that arise. Conduct inspections: Perform site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Liaise with stakeholders: Act as a key point of contact, communicating with clients, architects, project managers, contractors, and authorities. Mentor junior staff: Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff on the site Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
