As a Civil Engineer in our company, you will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining various projects. Your role will involve conducting on-site investigations, analyzing data, and carrying out technical and feasibility studies. You will be required to draw up blueprints according to technical specifications, assess potential risks, materials, and labor costs, and provide advice to resolve problems effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain projects - Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data - Carry out technical and feasibility studies - Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications - Assess potential risks, materials, and labor costs - Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems - Oversee and mentor staff - Liaise with a variety of stakeholders - Monitor progress of projects - Produce reports on project status - Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials - Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits - Support Business Development team for securing EPC projects - Assess project requirements and feasibility - Prepare architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements - Direct, lead, and support engineering and skilled personnel in managing tasks and projects - Lead and direct onsite construction teams - Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and project developers - Manage deliverables on time and within budget - Ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans - Adhere to company's best practices, standards, and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools Join our team and contribute to the success of our projects by showcasing your expertise in civil engineering and project management.
