Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description – Senior Site/Civil Engineer Location: Gujarat Industry: Building Construction Position: Senior Site/Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution. Plan, monitor, and coordinate work schedules, resources, and manpower effectively. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Oversee subcontractors, site supervisors, and labor teams for timely project completion. Monitor material usage, site inventory, and ensure cost-effective utilization. Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and statutory compliance. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit updates to management. Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors for technical and project-related matters. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the project/site team. Assist management in project planning, budgeting, and execution strategies. BBS work out Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of building construction techniques and materials. Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural/architectural drawings. Hands-on experience in project scheduling, site supervision, and quality control. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Qualifications B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5–10 years of site experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or institutional). Experience in managing medium to large-scale construction projects preferred. Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English will be an advantage. Compensation Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
