Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, planning, and execution of residential construction projects. Prepare detailed structural and civil engineering plans , drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations . Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines , taking corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments . Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff . Review and approve material specifications, procurement, and construction methods . Maintain project documentation , including reports, schedules, and drawings.
