We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will oversee planning, design, execution, and delivery of residential buildings, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion while adhering to budgetary and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, planning, and execution of residential construction projects. Prepare detailed structural and civil engineering plans , drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations . Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines , taking corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments . Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff . Review and approve material specifications, procurement, and construction methods . Maintain project documentation , including reports, schedules, and drawings.
