Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer

with 8 12 years of hands-on expertise in

designing, deploying, and managing Cisco UC and Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions

. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of

Cisco UCCE with CVP

Voice Gateways

Call Management

, and

Webex Collaboration tools

. This role involves complete project lifecycle ownership, from design to support, and will support infrastructure at our Hyderabad and Vizag locations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support
Cisco Unified Communications systems
including
CUCM, UCCE, CVP
, and
IP IVR
solutions.
Configure and manage
Cisco Voice Gateways
(SIP, H.323, MGCP) and call routing plans.
Develop and troubleshoot
ICM call routing scripts
, CVP call flows, and Finesse desktop configurations.
Deploy and integrate
Webex Calling and Meetings
in hybrid or cloud environments.
Monitor voice call quality and optimize performance across the UC infrastructure.
Collaborate with network, application, and security teams to integrate UC systems into broader enterprise architecture.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of call flow failures, media path issues, and contact center escalations.
Provide
L3 support
, lead technical escalations, and mentor junior engineers.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation for all UC systems, designs, and operational procedures.

Cisco Unified Communications and UCCE technologies

Strong expertise in
UCCE with CVP

ICM scripting
, and
CUCM configuration
.
In-depth knowledge of
VoIP protocols

Experience with
Cisco Finesse

CUIC

UCCX
, and
Voice Gateway management
.
Practical experience with
Webex Meetings/Calling
and hybrid collaboration environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills in UC environments.
Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing abilities.
Willingness to work in or relocate to
Hyderabad or Vizag
