Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Chemist located in Begusarai. The Senior Chemist will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing results, and developing new chemical formulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing lab operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, documenting procedures and findings, and collaborating with other departments to provide technical support. The role also involves improving existing chemical processes and maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

• Strong background in Chemistry with expertise in analytical techniques and chemical formulations
• Experience with laboratory management and knowledge of safety protocols
• Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and reporting results
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Master's degree in Chemistry or related field; PhD preferred
• Previous experience in the agriculture or seed industry is a plus
