Job Description

As a Senior Channel Sales Executive at the company, your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new channel partners in the US and LATAM regions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partner Development & Management: Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and enhance partner satisfaction. - Sales Enablement: Provide continuous training, support, and resources to partners to ensure they are well-prepared to sell and promote Surveysparrow. - Revenue Growth: Collaborate with channel partners to identify business opportunities, develop joint sales strategies, and implement programs for revenue generation and market expansion. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance metrics, sales trends, and market opportunities to optimize the partner ecosystem and enhance sales outcomes. - Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the US and LATAM regions to shape the channel strategy and identify areas for enhancement. - Collaboration: Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align and execute strategic initiatives for the region effectively. - Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates and insights on partner performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to the manager. - Compliance & Processes: Ensure all partner activities adhere to company policies, standards, and regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 3-5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, with a preference for experience in the US and LATAM regions. - Proven ability to effectively build and manage partner relationships. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot. - Knowledge of the technology industry or SAAS products is advantageous. - Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of any additional LATAM languages is a plus. - Willingness to travel occasionally based on business requirements.
