Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead change management activities across multiple projects, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive business value through change initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on knowledge management best practices, capacity planning, and problem management techniques.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL) and company policies related to change control procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in Change Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of Change Management principles, including assessment, planning, execution, monitoring & control phases.
Proven track record of delivering complex changes successfully within an IT environment.
Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

IT experience is NOT required for this role . Short joiners will be preferred.
