Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities across multiple projects, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive business value through change initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on knowledge management best practices, capacity planning, and problem management techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL) and company policies related to change control procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in Change Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management principles, including assessment, planning, execution, monitoring & control phases.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex changes successfully within an IT environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

IT experience is NOT required for this role . Short joiners will be preferred.
