Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the impact of proposed changes on stakeholders and develop tailored change management plans.
Identify potential risks and barriers to change, and design effective mitigation strategies.
Create and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes and their implications.
Develop and deliver targeted training programs to support the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change journey.
Facilitate workshops to gather input, resolve concerns, and align stakeholders around change initiatives.
Apply project management principles to coordinate change activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities across projects.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to improve outcomes.
Build and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to encourage engagement and acceptance of change.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Over 6 years of overall professional experience, with 12 years of direct experience in change management.
Proven track record of contributing to at least 45 projects involving technology implementation and/or process redesign.
