Senior CDP Engineer

Must Have – • Overall 3+ years of experience with at least 1 years of experience in implementing various use cases in Customer Data Platform (CDP)• Hands on experience of working on Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce data cloud etc• Working knowledge of how to configure data attributes, profile unification and segmentation rules within CDP• Working knowledge of configuring connectors for inbound and outbound data feeds in CDP from source and destination systems respectively• Certifications in Sales Force Audience 360 or Tealium AudienceStream Good to Have – • Prior Pharma experience• Hands-on experience of configuring any one of the various Tag management tools like Google Tag Manager,Tealium IQ or Adobe Launch• Hands-on experience with the downstream Site Analytics engines and marketing automation engines e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sales Force Marketing Cloud and social media platforms e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr• Understanding of different integration methodologies / techniques to build custom APIs for integrations between CDP and source systems• A good grasp on SQL and python Expectations from role perspective - • Administration, analysis, design, development, user support, and maintenance of Customer Data Platforms such as SF Audience 360 and Tealium AudienceStream.• Configure business rules and logic within the Customer Data Platform (CDP).• Establish upstream and downstream connections in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) with external systems.• Assist business analysts in preparing functional documents and collaborate to refine and prioritize requirements.• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify data gaps and conduct analyses to recommend implementation plans.• Execute Proofs of Concept on the CDP and establish connections with other platforms such as AWS Pinpoint, Oracle Cloud, and SFMC.• Assess data efficacy, event tracking, and use case success.• Manage timelines in relation to commitments made to clients.• Conduct stakeholder management.
