Our multi-site hospitals integrate advanced imaging, evidence-led protocols, and compassionate care to deliver superior cardiovascular outcomes while fostering professional growth.Role & Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily cath lab workflow, enforcing NABH, AERB, and radiation safety compliance.
  • Scrub, circulate, and monitor coronary, peripheral, and structural heart interventions, capturing accurate fluoroscopic and hemodynamic data.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain imaging, pressure recording, and contrast injection systems, troubleshooting issues rapidly to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct pre-procedure patient assessment, education, consent verification, and post-procedure recovery support.
  • Lead emergency management including defibrillation, temporary pacing, and code blue coordination.
  • Train junior technologists and drive quality improvement initiatives that reduce procedure time and radiation dose.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Diploma/B.Sc. in Cath Lab Technology or equivalent with 5+ years independent cath lab practice.
  • Proven competence in CAG, PTCA, IVUS/OCT, and pacemaker/ICD implant workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Philips/Siemens cath lab consoles, hemodynamic recorders, and contrast injectors.
  • Valid BLS & ACLS certification and mastery of radiation protection and sterile technique.
  • Ability to document procedures and inventory accurately within EMR systems.

Preferred

  • Exposure to TAVI, CRT, or electrophysiology studies.
  • Participation in JCI/NABH accreditation or Lean Six Sigma projects.
