Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories (supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracting)
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement or buying experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
