How will you make an impact in this role?

This is an exciting and dynamic position in the MIS & Analytics Team that enables Global Servicing Group processes to be the most efficient and effective by establishing the best-in-class MIS and analytics function. In this role, you will support Commercial Credit & Underwriting, with a focus on keeping our MIS Reporting & Analytics intact thru the transition to new enterprise capabilities, driving efficiencies & turning data into insights.
The ideal candidate will be a strong analyst with a passion for driving improvement. The candidate will also possess a key eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience using data to enhance business.

Regularly QC and documentation of American Express dashboards that show results related to Consumer, Corporate, Small Business and Brand surveys. Ensure data is accurate or wherever data issues are seen, raise timely tickets to address the issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Identify, address, and preventing data quality issues


• Strong attention to detail


• Rally, JIRA or similar project/Agile management tool


• Desire to learn and passionate for customer experience


• Strong communication, collaboration and organization

• Qualtrics or similar survey tool/platform


• Market research


• Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
