Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Executive located in Patna. The Senior Business Executive will oversee daily operations, develop business strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team to achieve targets. The Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Business Development, Market Research, and Relationship Management skills
Strategic Planning and Revenue Growth skills
Team Leadership and Management skills
Thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the finance industry is a plus
