Senior Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Market Analysis: Research trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify profitable segments and create go-to-market strategies for IT services (ERP Software, App Dev, Cloud, Data, Training).
• Client Acquisition: Prospect, engage, and close new clients, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead to deal closure.
• Solution Development: Translate client needs into technical requirements, collaborating with delivery teams to design & propose tailored IT solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with IT decision-makers, Customers, Developers and Management.
• Team Leadership: Fostering innovation and technical expertise.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Marketing team, Product, Delivery teams to align efforts, Project Implementation, Training and ensure client satisfaction.
• Performance & Reporting: Achieve revenue targets, manage sales pipelines (CRM), and provide regular reports to management.
