Responsibilities

  • - Client Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored digital marketing solutions
  • - Client Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention rates
  • - Upwork Closure Work: Manage Upwork projects, ensure timely delivery, and strive for high client satisfaction ratings
  • - Meetings with Client: Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and explore new opportunities
  • - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results for clients
