Senior Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support existing franchise partners through planned activities, including school-based initiatives, to ensure consistent business growth

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise prospects in assigned regions

• Conduct effective presentations for prospective and existing parents to promote programs and strengthen engagement

• Perform data analysis to track business performance and derive actionable insights

• Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide necessary support to franchise partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates residing in Tirunelveli will be preferred

• Willingness to travel across nearby districts including Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Thoothukudi, Kanyakumari, and Tenkasi.

• Flexibility to work on Sundays as per business requirements.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil

• Strong interpersonal, people management, and presentation skills

• Proficient in computer applications and MS Office tools
