Senior Business Development Officer

As a Business Development Officer/ Telesales at CRISIL Ratings, your role will involve calling and generating leads through calls. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients (mid-sized corporate companies) for Credit Ratings and managing existing client portfolios. As a sales profile, you will also be required to travel in the allocated area for client meetings, bank meetings, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Direct cold calling in the industrial area within the respective location - Visiting bank branches to collect fresh data and schedule meetings with prospective clients to promote CRISIL and the benefits of credit ratings - Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with the analytical team - Collecting surveillance fees for the rating process and obtaining mandates for enhanced debt facilities from existing clients - Organizing banker meetings/presentations in the area/city to update them on the Bank loan ratings products and processes For the candidate profile, we are looking for individuals with experience in business development and lead generation, preferably for mid-corporates. The essential qualification required for this role is an MBA in Sales and Marketing or any graduate degree. An MBA qualification is preferred.
