Senior Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities: Develop Strategic Partnerships Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, primary care providers, and specialists to generate patient referrals. Referral Network Expansion Identify and engage potential referral sources within the healthcare community including skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and insurers. Market Analysis & Outreach Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in post-acute care. Develop and implement outreach strategies. Liaison Role Act as the primary liaison between the rehab center and external clinical partners to ensure seamless patient transitions and satisfaction. Brand Representation Represent the center at healthcare events, conferences, and community meetings to promote our services and enhance brand visibility. Performance Tracking Monitor referral data, track ROI on business development initiatives, and report on performance metrics to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health , or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or clinical outreach. Strong understanding of hospital discharge processes, care transitions, and patient needs post-hospitalization. Existing network within local healthcare systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for outreach and meetings.
