Senior Business Development Manager

As an IT Sales Manager at Vibe6, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the full sales lifecycle for our IT and digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders, prospecting new business, creating proposals, negotiating and closing deals. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing, product, delivery, and technical teams, monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. If applicable, you may also mentor or manage sales team members. Your qualifications should include a proven track record in closing enterprise-level deals, excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a strong technical comprehension in areas such as cloud, software, and IT infrastructure. Moreover, we are looking for individuals with high self-motivation, goal orientation, and adaptability in fast-paced settings. A leadership and team coaching mindset will be advantageous if you are managing teams.
